My name is Lorraine Winslow. I am a proud Alberta woman born and raised. I have lived in St Albert my entire life and couldn't be more excited to start this new chapter!
I have been a R.M.T. for 7 years and my passion for making people feel good is what has motivated me to start my own studio.
I am here to support you throughout your time of need. (Whether that be pregnancy, motherhood or any aspect of your life) During your treatment, you can sleep, chat, cry or do a bit of everything. Every day is different, so come and relax in your happy place with me.
In my spare time I enjoy running and being with my supportive family. I am the mother of a 5 year old boy, and a 8 year old fur baby. My husband and I enjoy taking the kids for walks to the park and having family hangs on our patio! The three of us also enjoy a yearly trip to Maui where we get to have quality family time, and make special memories.
Thank you for every ones support. I am so excited to be part of the business community in St. Albert.
Hi I'm Angela,
I graduated from Archways Healing College of Reflexology & Massage in 2004. I worked at a high end spa in Edmonton for a few years before having my oldest son and deciding to stay home to take care of our growing family. In 2013 I decided to upgrade my training and specialize in pre/post natal massage.
Today I work part time as an RMT & home-school my 3 boys during the week.
Hiya:) I’m Cheryl-Lynn McKinnon, I’m passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life...and relief from the pains that show up in their bodies because of that stress. My bodywork style is therapeutic, holistic and nurturing. I love what I do and have been a RMT since 2006. I’m trained in various modalities of massage including therapeutic / relxation, pre/post natal, fascial release, sports, Thai/ Thai stem, hot stone and spa body treatments. I enjoy blending my skills to create a custom massage as part of your self care regime ! When I’m not working, I’m of often spending my time connecting with friends, family and my fur babe, travelling, continued learning in women’s health and wellness/ holistic nutrition and cooking, yoga and Netflix binging.
Hi I’m Diane, I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. I’m certified in advanced pregnancy massage, therapeutic and relaxation massage, manual lymphatic drainage therapy, deep tissue hot stone and cupping. I believe in the healing power of therapeutic touch and have a particular interest in massage therapy that provides relief for those who suffer from chronic pain. Through my practice I like to draw on the knowledge that I have gained over the years from my various modalities and blend these therapies to provide my clients with a truly holistic treatment.
Hi! I'm Amanda Korpan,
I am a MH Vicars grad, Class of '08. I've always been fascinated with how the human body works, which led me to massage and now craniosacral therapy.
Relaxation, therapeutic, pre/post natal and hot stone are the massage techniques I am trained in; as well as trained in craniosacral therapy. If you're stressed and need to relax I'm your person. My touch is on the lighter side but I will still work those knots out. In my free time I'm either chilling with my dog, in the kitchen making treats for my friends and family, gardening in the summer and almost always lost in a book or two
*Amanda does not do Deep Tissue*

I am influenced by Hawaiian Healing and particularly grateful to Jeana Naluai my Lomi Kumu for her guidance. I traveled to Maui to received her 6 certificates in Lomi Lomi. I believe in treating the body as a whole, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually - not only in treating symptoms but working with her clients to determine the cause of the symptoms and resolve them.
I was born and raised in St. Albert. My husband and I have a one year old daughter. When not working I am at home with my daughter. Swimming is our favourite thing to do! Hope to see you soon! Mahalo
