My name is Lorraine Winslow. I am a proud Alberta woman born and raised. I have lived in St Albert my entire life and couldn't be more proud to be a business owner in St. Albert.
I have been a R.M.T. for 14 years and my passion for making people feel good is what motivated me to start my own studio.
I am here to support you throughout your time of need. (Whether that be pregnancy, motherhood or any aspect of your life) During your treatment, you can sleep, chat, cry or do a bit of everything. Every day is different, so come and relax in your happy place with me.
In my spare time I enjoy running and being with my family. I am the mother of a beautiful 10 year old boy (which means I host and feed hungry children constantly!) We have a 13 year old fur baby Scooter. My husband and I enjoy taking the kids for walks, watching & playing baseball, cheering for the Oilers and having family hangs in our backyard! The three of us also enjoy a yearly trip to Maui where we get to have quality family time, and make special memories.
I am truly grateful to be part of the business community in St. Albert.

Hiya:) I’m Cheryl-Lynn McKinnon, I’m passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life...and relief from the pains that show up in their bodies because of that stress. My bodywork style is therapeutic, holistic and nurturing. I love what I do and have been a RMT since 2006.
I’m trained in various modalities of massage including therapeutic / relaxation, pre/post natal, fascial release, sports, Thai/ Thai stem, hot stone and spa body treatments. I enjoy blending my skills to create a custom massage as part of your self care regime ! When I’m not working, I’m of often spending my time connecting with friends, family and my fur babe, travelling, continued learning in women’s health and wellness/ holistic nutrition and cooking, yoga and Netflix binging.
Hi! I'm Amanda Korpan,
I am a MH Vicars grad, Class of '08. I've always been fascinated with how the human body works, which led me to massage and now craniosacral therapy.
Relaxation, therapeutic, pre/post natal and hot stone are the massage techniques I am trained in; as well as trained in craniosacral therapy. If you're stressed and need to relax I'm your person. My touch is on the lighter side but I will still work those knots out. In my free time I'm either chilling with my dog, in the kitchen making treats for my friends and family, gardening in the summer and almost always lost in a book or two
Please know Amanda does not offer deep tissue
I have always been passionate & interested in perinatal health. Closing in on 8 years I have trained in this field between; massage therapy, perinatal yoga teaching & most recently completing my birth doula training. I am currently a student at Athabasca University continuing my studies and education into a Bachelor of Science, again with intentions to work within the perinatal community in the end.
I am excited for the opportunity to work and connect with you on your health/ wellness journey. I invite you to put your health first & let us reach whatever goals you may have.
Roswitha is passionate about providing care and helping people feel their best in all stages of life. She graduated from Makami college where she completed the advanced 3000hr RMT program.
Over the years Roswitha has had the opportunity to work in various sectors as a teacher, coach, and business sociologist. She enjoyed helping people adapt through change and thrive. Her experience with people in these roles gave her insights into just how many people experience stress on a daily basis. This encouraged her to pursue additional training that would allow her to help people on a deeper and more individual level. After receiving her doula certification, she felt it was time to expand her skills into massage therapy.
As a former teacher and a mom of three, Roswitha understands the various stages of motherhood and life. And she would love to help you on your journey. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment which will help you heal and relax.
Hi! I’m Gisella.
I graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2022 and couldn’t be happier!
I’ve always had a great interest in the body and how it recovers from stress and injury so after having 2 children and raising them, I was able to follow my passion. I’ve dealt with sports related injuries (myself and those close to me). Dealing with these types of injuries helped me realize that I needed to be a part of others’ in their recovery journey. I love to help my clients by providing treatment with empathy and care.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends - whether it be cuddling with my furbaby boy, travelling, attending sporting events, or just spending time on a patio in sunny weather!
Hi there! I’m Xavery, and I am so excited to help you on your journey to feeling your best. Whatever your therapeutic or relaxation goals are, I will curate a treatment plan that works best for you!
Coming from a background of competitive dance, I have always been fascinated with the way the human body moves and functions. Having a team of health-care professionals to help me perform my best is something I will forever be grateful for. I knew I wanted to provide that for others, which is what drove me to pursue a career as a massage therapist, and in 2022, I graduated from Vicars School of Massage.
Understanding that everything is connected, I try to take a holistic approach to massage, incorporating both relaxation and therapeutic techniques to fit each client’s individual needs. I specialize in Swedish/relaxation massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization.
When I’m not massaging, you can find me reading, baking, and chasing around my very energetic son! I look forward to meeting you and helping you work towards your therapeutic goals

Hello! Im Dr. Leyanna Cassano- a wife and a busy mom to three beautiful children (2 boys, 1 girl) ages 10, 8 and 3. My passion is Women’s health and helping families feel their best. I have been in practice for over 15 years and while I have treated many conditions over my career, I found that I get most excited about assisting families with their pregnancy journey, Whether its helping optimize the pregnancy from beginning to end or helping couples diagnosed with infertility to conceive, I'm here to support you and make an individualized treatment plan that achieves your goals. I was fortunate to be able to deliver 3 healthy babies naturally and without complications and I attribute this to the lifestyle I lead and the knowledge I have in this area.
While fertility optimization/infertility and women’s hormonal health are my passion projects, I also very much enjoy treating conditions associated with the digestive system (food sensitivities/IBS, chronic gas and bloating, constipation, diarrhea/reflux), skin conditions (acne/eczema), stress and anxiety. Children are also welcome and conditions I typically treat in these children are food sensitivities, eczema, constipation and ADHD.
I also offer acupuncture as part of my practice. This accompanies my fertility and pregnancy clientele, where I apply acupuncture for birth preparation, labour induction (at 40 weeks pregnancy) and fertility optimization (pre-conception).
Dr. Cassano is licensed and in Good-Standing with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Alberta Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
I help children, teens and young adults struggling with big emotions, worries, irritability, low self-esteem and feeling stressed or overwhelmed by providing a non-judgmental space to help them learn to manage their emotions, improve their problem solving skills, rediscover their strengths, and develop new coping skills to gain confidence in who they are and how they live their lives.
I help women who are pregnant or postpartum struggling with anxiety, worry, depression, and irritability by providing compassion in a safe space to reduce symptoms, improve quality of life, develop coping skills and gain confidence to get back to feeling more like themselves and adjust to their new roles.
