You Can Book Your Postnatal Massage 6 Weeks After Delivery
My name is Lorraine Winslow. I am a proud Alberta woman born and raised. I have lived in St Albert my entire life and couldn't be more proud to be a business owner in St. Albert.
I have been a R.M.T. for 13 years and my passion for making people feel good is what has motivated me to start my own studio.
I am here to support you throughout your time of need. (Whether that be pregnancy, motherhood or any aspect of your life) During your treatment, you can sleep, chat, cry or do a bit of everything. Every day is different, so come and relax in your happy place with me.
In my spare time I enjoy running and being with my family. I am the mother of a 9 year old boy (which means I host and feed hungry children constantly! I wouldn't trade it for the world and love being a mom to any child who walks through my door) We have a 12 year old fur baby Scooter. My husband and I enjoy taking the kids for walks, watching & playing baseball, cheering for the Oilers and having family hangs in our backyard! The three of us also enjoy a yearly trip to Maui where we get to have quality family time, and make special memories.
I am truly grateful to be part of the business community in St. Albert.

Hi I'm Angela,
I graduated from Archways Healing College of Reflexology & Massage in 2004. I worked at a high end spa in Edmonton for a few years before having my oldest son and deciding to stay home to take care of our growing family. In 2013 I decided to upgrade my training and specialize in pre/post natal massage.
Today I work part time as an RMT & home-school my 3 boys during the week.
Hiya:) I’m Cheryl-Lynn McKinnon, I’m passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life...and relief from the pains that show up in their bodies because of that stress. My bodywork style is therapeutic, holistic and nurturing. I love what I do and have been a RMT since 2006.
I’m trained in various modalities of massage including therapeutic / relaxation, pre/post natal, fascial release, sports, Thai/ Thai stem, hot stone and spa body treatments. I enjoy blending my skills to create a custom massage as part of your self care regime ! When I’m not working, I’m of often spending my time connecting with friends, family and my fur babe, travelling, continued learning in women’s health and wellness/ holistic nutrition and cooking, yoga and Netflix binging.
Hi! I'm Amanda Korpan,
I am a MH Vicars grad, Class of '08. I've always been fascinated with how the human body works, which led me to massage and now craniosacral therapy.
Relaxation, therapeutic, pre/post natal and hot stone are the massage techniques I am trained in; as well as trained in craniosacral therapy. If you're stressed and need to relax I'm your person. My touch is on the lighter side but I will still work those knots out. In my free time I'm either chilling with my dog, in the kitchen making treats for my friends and family, gardening in the summer and almost always lost in a book or two

Hello! I’m Madison :) I have always had passion for investigating the mind, stress-reduction, holistic healing and furthering my knowledge and awareness in mental, physical & spiritual wellness which led me to become a devoted practitioner of yoga and meditation. Back in 2017 I took my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Quickly I realized I had a strong & passionate interest in working specifically with those who identify as women and with that all the beautiful cycles and processes our bodies go through (ex. Pregnancy!). Following my 200-RYT training, I took my registered prenatal yoga teacher (RPYT) training in 2018 and then ultimately pursued massage therapy with the intentions of working in women’s health.
I recently graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. I’m excited for the opportunity to work and connect with you on your health/wellness journey. I invite you to put your health first & let us reach whatever goals you may have! For my treatments I offer multiple avenues of natural healing modalities to accommodate your mind-body-spirit needs. I typically like to include breathwork & reiki (if indicated) as a part of my treatments.
I’m part of the LGBTQ2S+ community and I invite you to come visit me in a safe space for whatever treatment you are looking for; wherever you are in life.
I’m here to hold space.
Hi! I’m Chantal
I’m a mother of four (two ‘twenty-somethings’ and two teens), choosing to treat female clients only. In 2019, I enrolled in college to become an R.M.T., as our homeschooling journey ended after 17 years.
Having gone through four pregnancies, I empathize with the physical and emotional tension women deal with during pregnancy, after delivery and throughout motherhood. I’m also familiar with the intensity, and physical, emotional, and mental stress of Special Needs parenting, as two of my children are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. I combine Swedish, therapeutic, trigger point and gentle joint mobilization techniques to soften tension and provide an effective massage.
I offer manual lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, pre-natal massage and can provide cupping and deep tissue treatment as well. My treatments offer a remedial touch, primarily working with medium pressure. I love focusing on the head, neck, and back to melt away headaches, relax upper and lower back tension and increase circulation. I enjoy incorporating a scalp treatment to aid in relaxation and stress relief. Regardless of a client’s needs, my aim is to create a safe, warm, and relaxing environment for all women.
Roswitha is passionate about providing care and helping people feel their best in all stages of life. She graduated from Makami college where she completed the advanced 3000hr RMT program.
Over the years Roswitha has had the opportunity to work in various sectors as a teacher, coach, and business sociologist. She enjoyed helping people adapt through change and thrive. Her experience with people in these roles gave her insights into just how many people experience stress on a daily basis. This encouraged her to pursue additional training that would allow her to help people on a deeper and more individual level. After receiving her doula certification, she felt it was time to expand her skills into massage therapy.
As a former teacher and a mom of three, Roswitha understands the various stages of motherhood and life. And she would love to help you on your journey. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment which will help you heal and relax.
Hi! I’m Gisella.
I graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2022 and couldn’t be happier!
I’ve always had a great interest in the body and how it recovers from stress and injury so after having 2 children and raising them, I was able to follow my passion. I’ve dealt with sports related injuries (myself and those close to me). Dealing with these types of injuries helped me realize that I needed to be a part of others’ in their recovery journey. I love to help my clients by providing treatment with empathy and care.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends - whether it be cuddling with my furbaby boy, travelling, attending sporting events, or just spending time on a patio in sunny weather!
I help children, teens and young adults struggling with big emotions, worries, irritability, low self-esteem and feeling stressed or overwhelmed by providing a non-judgmental space to help them learn to manage their emotions, improve their problem solving skills, rediscover their strengths, and develop new coping skills to gain confidence in who they are and how they live their lives.
I help women who are pregnant or postpartum struggling with anxiety, worry, depression, and irritability by providing compassion in a safe space to reduce symptoms, improve quality of life, develop coping skills and gain confidence to get back to feeling more like themselves and adjust to their new roles.
