60 Minute Cupping Massage

Cupping Massage is a therapy in which silicone cups are suctioned onto the skin’s surface. The suction pressure stimulates the lymphatic system to drain excessive fluids & toxins, pulls fresh blood flow to stagnant muscles, loosens myofascial tissue, & stimulates the nervous system.
Whether its emotional challenges, or physical difficulties, this gentle technique combined with the essential carefully selected, break the cycle of unrest & stress. The do terra essential oils used for this technique include balance, lavender, tea tree, on guard, aroma touch, deep blue, wild orange, & peppermint.
Applied to the back, ears & feet, in a rhythmic motion using specific movements to provide an amazing, relaxing experience!
60 Minute Hot Stone Massage

60 Minute Massage with Hot Oil Scalp Treatment

Enjoy a massage focused on a certain area of your choice for 30 minutes and indulge in the application of warm oil to the scalp followed by a gentle scalp massage. Benefits include increased circulation to the scalp with nourishment & moisture deep into the hair & scalp. Hair cap is included for your travels.
This service is offered in 60 minute & 90 minute sessions
This massage technique increases circulation, breaks and prevents formation of myofascial adhesions. Rolling of affected parts with natural wooden rollers stretches and improves rehydration of fascia and other connective tissues. Increased blood flow and lymphatic flow to muscles promotes breakdown of fascial restrictions which leads to increased skin/fascia elasticity , decreasing muscle tone, increasing overall flexibility of the body.

Our RMT's massage to relax our soon to be mom and use acupressure points along the body's meridian lines to encourage her body to relax and balance to make a smooth transition when her baby's hormones tell her body that it is time for birth.
It is important to note that there is no "eject" button and this service helps both the baby and the mother to prepare for birth when her body is ready.

Raindrop Massage Therapy is a holistic approach that combines light feathering massage, Vita Flex techniques and aromatherapy, with therapeutic-grade essential oils; to enhance overall wellness & activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Essential oils are massaged into the feet and dropped from a height onto the spine, mimicking raindrops.
Clients may experience improved immune function, heightened awareness paired with deep relaxation, and balanced energy levels

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating & enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system. Comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
Gua Sha Face Massage with Madi & Kayla

Face massage focuses on the muscles of the face, scalp, jaw and neck to reduce stress, discomfort, puffiness and increase circulation.
Benefits include: natural face sculpt/lift, TMJ tension/pain relief, neck/upper body tension relief, headache and migraine relief. Jojobia oil and gua sha tool are used in this treatment.
This treatment is available 60mins ($150) & 90 mins ($200). The suggested time to book this service with Madi is 90 minutes for a full Gua Sha Face Massage.

Pre Birth Acupuncture with Initial Consultation

This typically begins at the 36th week of pregnancy and continues weekly until the due date. The primary objective of pre-birth acupuncture is to ripen the cervix, soften the birth canal and help the uterine contractions (once they begin) be more efficient in assisting the labour process.
