60 Minute Cupping Massage

Cupping Massage is a therapy in which silicone cups are suctioned onto the skin’s surface. The suction pressure stimulates the lymphatic system to drain excessive fluids & toxins, pulls fresh blood flow to stagnant muscles, loosens myofascial tissue, & stimulates the nervous system.

Whether its emotional challenges, or physical difficulties, this gentle technique combined with the essential carefully selected, break the cycle of unrest & stress. The do terra essential oils used for this technique include balance, lavender, tea tree, on guard, aroma touch, deep blue, wild orange, & peppermint.

Applied to the back, ears & feet, in a rhythmic motion using specific movements to provide an amazing, relaxing experience!

60 Minute Hot Stone Massage

Our RMT's massage to relax our soon to be mom and use acupressure points along the body's meridian lines to encourage her body to relax and balance to make a smooth transition when her baby's hormones tell her body that it is time for birth.

It is important to note that there is no "eject" button and this service helps both the baby and the mother to prepare for birth when her body is ready.

75 Minute Massage

A 60 Minute Massage with an additional 15 minutes to focus on a specific area, nap after your massage or use the time for an overall extension on your service

90 Minute Massage

90 Minute Induction Preparation Massage

This service provides a relaxation massage, induction point work & a Gua Sha face treatment aiding in jaw relaxation and breath work for extra empowerment, and calmness during delivery. Madi is a certified RMT, birth doula and perinatal yoga instructor.

90 Minute Hot Stone Massage

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

$110

A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating & enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system. Comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Women

I help women who are pregnant or postpartum struggling with anxiety, worry, depression, and irritability by providing compassion in a safe space to reduce symptoms, improve quality of life, develop coping skills and gain confidence to get back to feeling more like themselves and adjust to their new roles.
