Dr. Cassano has successfully assisted families across Western Canada conceive for over 10 years. She believes that healthy pregnancies begin with healthy lifestyles. With extensive experience in hormone balance, preconception care, fertility optimization for both men and women, egg quality improvement, sperm quality improvement, fertility lifestyle improvement, basal body temperature (BBT) charting and supporting assisted reproduction (AR) or IVF, Dr. Cassano tailors each fertility program for the unique needs of each patient.
Preconception Readiness
You and your partner consume healthy foods, exercise regularly and avoid excessive alcohol. A regular menstrual cycle is present, no known fertility related medical conditions exist in either partner.
This program begins 3 months prior to your desired conception date (i.e. you're ready to start trying or have had no luck so far)
- 1 x 1.5 hour initial visit ($350)
- 2 x 45 min follow up appointments ($150/appt)
- Prenatal vitamin and natural health product discussion
- This program includes preconception lifestyle change optimization, information on BBT charting and a discussion of relevant nutritional supplementation to support improved conception and pregnancy outcomes.
Advanced Preconception Readiness
You have tried or have been trying to conceive for more than 3 months with no success. You and your partner have good general health and have no known fertility related medical conditions. You may have already previously conceived and had a baby. A period is present but may not always be regular. You may be thinking about various assisted reproduction methods like Clomid, Letrozole, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) or IVF. If so, let this be your first stop. Both partners should be present for this appointment.

- 4 x 45min follow up appointments ($150/appt)
- Prenatal vitamins and natural health product discussion; optimizing egg health/ovarian reserve and sperm quality improvement

Fertility Assistance
You and/or your partner have been diagnosed with a fertility related medical condition or with infertility of undetermined cause. Both partners should be present for the first appointment.
